VF used to have a form where you could fill out the fields and submit your information for review and ask to become part of the staff. Unfortunately this mod was outdated and was no longer compatible with our forum software and it was removed.
Now that I'm finding I'm in need of some help keeping things together around here I've thrown a newer script at the forums to enable users to once again apply for staff positions.
This thread will always have the most recent information on how to apply, why you can or cannot apply and what is in demand in terms of positions.
Before applying, be sure to read through all the rules and regulations within this thread. Those who submit false or invalid applications (Ones that don't follow the below guidelines) will be immediately dismissed and the user(s) punished. Not following simply guidelines when attempting to become staff is not helping your case.
Who Can Apply?
---------------
It goes without saying that current staff members cannot apply
Banned users, people who aren't registered and users who have not confirmed their emails cannot even gain access to the registration form.
Past infractions/warnings and bannings may or may not affect your application (This depends on frequency and severity)
There is no minimum post count limit to view the form. (Yes this is a test to see if anyone is stupid enough to apply with 0 posts.)
When will I know if I got the job?
-------------------------------
Application review can take anywhere from 1-14 days, please be patient.
