Rules about Warez:
* None of the files are stored on this site/server and we do not take any responsibility or liability with the indexed links given on the site.
* Attaching files to forums that may be deemed illegal or copyrighted is forbidden, this includes serial numbers, crack URLs (if in an attached text file) only under administrator or moderator approval may any files be attached to a post/thread.
*This site is for personal, family and friends use only. We do not monitor the content of each forum. Any non-copyrighted material transfer is at the risk of the parties involved. VirtualFreedom.net staff are not liable or responsible in any way. No illegal files are stored here, only indexed.
* Thus by having no files of the illegal manner on the file server, ONLY links may be posted which lead to content which may or may not be illegal.

Hiding Links and Storing Large Files
* All posted links MUST begin with http:// so that they may go through the forums automated link protection protocol.
* Any and all links that do not match these and all the other rules will be removed and its poster(s) punished accordingly.
* Forum behavior rules:
* The only language used on this forum is English If you don't use English in your messages, your message will be removed.
* Post in the correct forums, and in the correct sections and always test your links before posting them.
* Your post must have more than three words. If not it will be deleted without hesitation.
* When posting warez/hack, always include a download link.
* When posting any form of download always put the hide tags.
* Help out others, especially new members. We are trying to form a friendly community, and since not everyone is a daily forum user, it pays to be polite.
* Any offensive language will not be tolerated and will result in an instant ban. We understand that swearing happens, but refrain from racial/sexual/gender/etc slurs.
* Posting your e-mail address/other personal details is at your own risk. Beware of spambots.
* Use the Search function before making a post if unsure of something.
*If you abuse the reputation system, you will be banned.
* Respect the staff and their decisions, no one is out to get you, and the staff are only here to help.
* If you have a problem with another member of the Forum, use a Personal Message ( PM ) to tell a staff member about the situation and we will resolve it. A forum fight or flaming of sorts is grounds for a ban.
* Remember that not all members use English as a first language. Be courteous to those who aren't completely fluent.
* Advertising other Warez/Hacking forums is prohibited. The post will be removed, and the user, banned.
* Be an active poster, this Forum is a community and as such, requires members input to enable us to grow.
* If you see a post breaking the rules, please use the "Report Post" button.
* In some extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to expose your IP address. This will ONLY be done if you do not follow the rules.
* Political/religious discussions (even if educational) are disallowed, as this forum is multicultural and there are many other forums on the Internet where politics and religion can be discussed.
* Be precise when requesting anything, give the exact information about what you are looking for.
* Violations will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
* A ban can be issued at any breaking of the rules. Understand, the staff will not ban you instantaneously. You will receive a warning, and a ban will only occur if you are a recurring offender.
* Distributing links or content from VF members areas of any sort to non-members or members under the necessary post count to view said content is punishable under permanent ban with or without warning!
* Sharing accounts, regular and/or VIP or otherwise is completely unacceptable and is related to the above rule in some cases meaning it is also punishable with or without warning by permanent ban, if external users wish to acquire the content you have they MUST register and gain the necessary amount of posts before seeing the content.
* Be warned that we take spam very serious and that we quickly give warnings & bans to spammers. Your post count can be set back to 0, based on the weight of your offense.
*Double Posting is also a form as spamming since you can easily add on a few words than creating a new post. We take Double Posting seriously and will not hesitate to give a warning or a ban if need be.
*If a forum or category is protected and one attemps to access it, they will be charged with attempted unauthorized access. If the forum is not protected but the usergroup does not match the specifications of that category they will also be charged.
Spam is not tolerated in these forums by PM, Email, Shoutbox or any form of data transfer method within VF (virtualfreedom.net) and any of its sub domains...spamming will result in a permanent ban or otherwise.
Keep in mind that VF reserves the right to view any and all private messages transferred through the VF PM system for reasons only of court, spam, rule abuse or otherwise. That option is ONLY accessible bv the highest order of staff on VF and remains confidential unless needed for serious reasons, this system is closely monitored to prevent misuse
This list can and will be updated as needed, so please check these rules once in a while to see changes.
Proxy Rules (VIP and Public)
You agree to use the proxy/proxies for legitimate uses ONLY meaning no hacking through them or using them for anything illegal in general.
To be more specific, the proxies may only be used when in accordance to your country of current residence (the country/region the proxy is being used from) as well as American law. Virtual Freedom DOES keep logs of ever user on the proxy only recording information such as IP address, destination URL and local date/time.
In the event that a law is broken while a user is using a Virtual Freedom owned proxy the we (virtual freedom staff and myself personally) to divulge information kept in these logs. By using the proxy(ie)(s) you agree to be knowing of this.
Rules about Torrenting Section - NEW
1.Posting torrent site links in other sections, can cause the user to get an infraction, and/or possible ban.
2. User must be reliable of the content they post which means:
NO torrents that are FAKE
NO torrents that have VIRUSES OR ANY OTHER FORM OF MALWARE/SPYWARE ETC.
NO torrent links from potentially UNSAFE sites
NO torrents from private, or semi private sites, which need registration unless, links from BOTH public and private sites are posted
*NEW* - Demonoid and other application related Rules
1. To apply a user must have a clean history (bans and infractions (Warnings not included but will screw your chance))
2. It is to the administrators digression to accept or deny an application request for any of the applications
3. A user may only use one application per person (No matter what IP address, username or otherwise) including Demonoid invitations.

Rules for Buying VIP - UPDATED
1. A user with a record (banning or infraction (as of now warning do not count))
2. A user cannot claim a refund though one may be requested, refunds will be settled on a case by cases basis but there is no guarantee of any sort in the rules in terms of a service (such as email) being unavailable and is not grounds for a refund request.
3. The staff of Virtual Freedom may at any time ban/issue a warning or infraction or if necessary remove your VIP privileges WITHOUT a refund. As a member you agree to follow the rules and as a VIP we trust you understand them. VIP's are NOT exempt from the rules and will be punish accordingly. (Punishments given under the time of a VIP subscription will not get the privileges removed, this will only be done in extreme cases, buying VIP again after the incident is allowed. Anyone who chooses to buy VIP with a history of banning(s), infraction(s) or other issues will not be issued a refund!
